- Patricia Moore Shaffer
- I work as the vice president of research and development for a nonprofit educational research organization outside of the beltway. My "other" full-time job is as a Ph.D. student in educational policy at the College of William and Mary, where I am pursuing my research interests in the evaluation of teacher professional development. When time permits, I pursue my passion of drawing and painting. I'm also the mom of Anna, a fiercely independent and precocious 7-year-old.
